Areas of Focus

Care for what matters most

From anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions to the impacts of abuse and a lack of safety, my training and experience reflects the real challenges people face. Each focus area is approached with compassion, expertise, and a commitment to helping you grow.

  • Trauma & Recovery

Trauma-informed therapy for single-incident or ongoing impacts of trauma, paced and guided by your readiness.

  • Anxiety, Depression & Burnout

Support for overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and stress, with a focus on regulation and nervous system support.

  • Life Transitions & Identity Changes

Support through change, loss, and identity transitions, with space to reflect and move forward at your pace.

  • Relationships, Attachment & Family Impacts

Support to explore relationship patterns, attachment experiences, grief and loss and relational stress.

  • Relationship Abuse, Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault

Trauma-informed support for domestic and family violence, coercive control, sexual assault, and emotional abuse.

  • Emotional Regulation & Nervous System Support

Support for emotional reactivity, numbness, or difficulty settling, with a focus on safety and regulation.

Recognizing the signs

You don’t have to carry it all.

Life can feel overwhelming at times — particularly when stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or emotional exhaustion begin to affect your sense of balance and wellbeing. You may find yourself feeling constantly on edge, emotionally reactive, shut down, or depleted, without always knowing why. You might recognize yourself here:

  • Support for when life feels relentless — anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or overwhelm — and you need somewhere steady to slow things down and regain balance.

  • Therapy to explore repeating emotional or relationship patterns, including conflict, self-doubt, or attachment stress, especially when insight alone hasn’t been enough.

  • Care through periods of separation, parenthood, loss, career change, or identity shifts, when familiar coping strategies no longer fit and uncertainty feels heightened.

  • Trauma-informed support for experiences of domestic and family violence, sexual assault, coercive control, and other forms of relational harm, shaped by safety, choice, and your readiness.

Core Service Pathways

I help people navigate their most fragile moments.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual counselling and trauma-informed therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults. Sessions offer a supportive space to explore past and current experiences, develop insight into emotional and relational patterns, and work collaboratively towards meaningful and sustainable change.

Supervision & Consultation

I provide clinical supervision and professional consultation for students, practitioners, and organisations working with complex and high-risk presentations, including child protection, domestic and family violence, sexual assault, and workplace sexual harm.

Victims Services Counselling

I am a Victims Services approved counsellor and provide counselling under the NSW Victims Support Scheme. I support people impacted by single-incident and complex trauma, with sessions paced, trauma-informed, and guided by your needs and readiness.

I support clarity over mystery.
